Our Children

Should the police department spend our tax money setting up sting operations on tavern oweners to see if they are serving minors or if someone is smoking a cig. in the bar or should they go to the schools and preschools to teach good touch bad touch?If our kids were told at a young age that if someone touches you were your swim suit goes and you don't want them to and you can tell someone like a cop, then maybe there would not be miniors in bars. There has to be a way to stop our childern from being molested and abused the scars are there for the rest of thier life.
