Music rights and creative commons

In the rules section, mention is made of using only original video material. Does this cover music used under creative commons licensing (request for attribution only)? I noticed that other videos posted to the site have used copyrighted material, so I just wanted to check to make sure this is alright.

  Jonathan,

  According to the Rules:
  •All submitted videos must be original content, created solely for this contest. Do not submit any video with copyrighted material or content that was elsewhere previously sold, used, or displayed publically.
  •The submitted video must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or material that constitutes copyright or license infringement.

  As long as the material does not infringe on any copyrights or licenses, the submission can be accepted for judging.
